Are you working 40 to 60 hours a week day dreaming in your cubicle about what life would be like if you had your own home based business? Do you imagine life on your own terms with no boss hovering over you with relentless stupid request? If so you’re not alone.

I was having a conversation yesterday with my friend Lisa who has wanted to leave Corporate America and start her own business once and for all. While she has made some attempts she finds it hard to jungle the demands of her job and build a real business from home.

However, there’s hope. The The 4-Hour work Week: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Richwritten by Tim Ferris is a case study on what it takes to experience the life of a lifestyle entrepreneur even while you are working.

This is a must read. Let me share with you a concept that I learned from Tim and passed on to Lisa.

It is called D.E.A.L.

She said she was tired of waiting for someday to experience vacationing when she wanted without having to ask for permission. It’s been a long time since I have personally experienced that pain but when she said it I had a flash back to that time.

D for Definition: Tim Ferris suggest that you look to question the definitions of things you have heard before.

E for Elimination: Turns the belief of time management upside down. One skill I learned on what to put in my voice mail and email gave me at least 2 to 3 more hours in each day.

A for Automation: Gives you specific examples on how to create autopilot cash flow machines. He also gives you tools to outsource things you can’t do or don’t want to so you can create the 4 hour work week lifestyle even faster.

L for Liberation: Here is where he talks about creating mini-retirements and ideas for remote control working conditions to escape the boss.

This doesn’t any scratch the surface. I was able to get one stream of income up a running in less than 30 days due to the mastermind of this book.

I am so excited that I will be creating a seminar that you participate in for free from the comfort of your home. If you are interested sign up at www.workfromhomeradio.com and put give me your name and email. You will then be on the way to finding your home based business that will help you escape the rat race.
